I'm not sure if there is anything that would lure me into a 2010 Camaro of any iteration with any sort of modifications. The Corvette on the other hand sounds solid but, it's only an LS2. Granted, that's all perspective. What plans do you have for the car, etc? If you're just looking to drive it and enjoy the experience, I'd get the LS2 Corvette.

MEH...older corvette trying to join the grey haired old fart crowd..... The Camaro..better functionality yet the twenty five thousand rule applies to spring changes and their useful life to maintain coil bind etc....

Being the " run scared" crowd is taking over I thought I would offer a second opinion, though its a 10 and may not have the revised suspension the HUD and the other nice amenities that were up grades until 13..... then the Appearance change, the price is a little high on both being from dealers of course but the Camaro has had in excess of 5 grand dumped into it, all be it though it did have cheaper headers the mods done right would make it a more enjoyable and functional ride compared to a even older vette.

I like the Camaro, I bought two and upgraded to the color and what I wanted, Get what you really want. The price is a little high for the 10 Camaro I would say they are trying to get some resale from the mods, You could find newer and mod yourself, or save with someone else having lost equity from investing and bargain down to the blue book price.

No one is going to go up to a stock ten year old not the best quality fit and finish corvette and go ....OH nice at the car shows as much as people liking the Camaro that has been modified ...sounds good, and drives around four if needed, and has appearance altered that you can continue with. Frankly I frown on the stock corvette drivers at a show...its like oh nice wax job... hey just like the old fart next to you, hey buy a few stainless pieces to dress it up that will make it faster......

SO me, I would not run scared, I would want to know the miles on the cam for spring life, listen to the sound of the engine and exhaust and note the oil pressure. Kick the tires your on a budget, and frankly I love my HUD..... And I love my Camaro, I never think I will get rid of it unless its for a 17 zl1 eventually or zo6 vette..gen 7....LOL though My daughters in college.
