Lol can't find a SGM. So f it. I'll paint a different car the color I want! To be honest I'm not sure. But I've been told doing a wrap for the car can be nearly half the price and I've seen that priced at almost 2500. Besides a wrap won't depreciate the car if you plan on selling and it actually will protect the original paint. Food for thought

wraps are temporary and look good for 3 years (yeah I know they say longer) , don't gloss and look like a wrap...not my cup of tea.
A good paint job is anywhere from 2500 - 4000, done right. You can find some in the 1800-2500 range but you will sacrifice quality. |

To do a proper color change, could be well over $10k if done right. You will be paying mostly for labor for stripping the car down first then having to put it all back together again.

depending on paint and quality of work, between 3k and 30k. lol
i have never heard of anyone charging less than 3k for a whole car. which means trunk, engine bay and door jams.

The car is going to have to be pretty extensively taken apart so you have no original color peeking out anywhere. The labor cost with such a process would be pretty high considering all the hand sanding to area's of panels a DA cannot reach. Its going to be a pretty hefty price tag when all said and done.

Imma also add that a matte version of SGM would look fn sweet. Just saying...
It's just that a great paint job can cost so much. And the alternative has so many pros. And it was said that a member has his warranties for 7 yrs. not too shabby |

Could be cheaper to buy a different car in the color you want.
Color changes are extremely expensive due to the extensive teardown needed to spray all areas. |

Where are you getting complete color change paint jobs for $2500? For $4000 "done right"? I think you're dreaming.
