In my 2013 1SS, which engine do I have???
Is it the LS3? I do know that it's the 6.2 liter.

Same damn motor... The auto has Active Fuel Management which requires different lifters and programming but they're essentially the same.

I have heard some people claim these motors were the reason consumers lost interest in diesel in the 80s. But 31 mpg in 6.2 is nice. I used to get 23 in my 6.6 crew cab 4wd with an aftermarket tuner.
