Camaro logo too small
I'm not sure I'm fond of the camaro logo on the side, or at least the size of it. It looks too small and out of place. I think I'd prefer the "Camaro" lettering but a larger camaro logo might work. I do love the car both inside and out and can't wait to get one, probably a '17 year model.

i wasn't sure from the camo'd cars that they had changed it enough. I'm still not sure how the general public will feel.
As for me i love it, and it addressed all complaints i ever had. |

After CNBC reveal mistake I was "Meh"....didn't hate it...I liked it, but wasn't super impressed. Kind of the same "Meh" feeling I got from the new Mustang
But now I'm all in baby. lol. Car continues to get better looking the more I see it, and the more the lines reveal themselves. In my opinion, its a good improvement over the 14 - 15 (and 10 -13 in ways) and better than Mustang.

I was going to get a 1LE until I knew that the Camaro would be redone. I decided to wait. Up until the real reveal, I wasnt sure GM was going to do anything I'd be excited over, but I have to admit that Im totally diggin' this car.
Try not to pay attention to the convertible top because I know most of you dont get/understand where I was going with this render, but the aggressive potential that this car has is oozing all over the place. gray gen6 camaro convertible menace by A K, on Flickr |

For the most part, I liked the 6th Gen initially. It has since grown on me a little more. The most problem (very small) I have is the rear. But then I will also reserve some judgement until I get to see one in person.

I always wait to see a car in-person before I make any final judgments... you know, the camera always adds 10 pounds...
I liked the 6th Gen as soon as they pulled out on stage at the reveal and like most, the more I see it the more I want to park a Hyper Blue SS next to my Silver SS 5th Gen in my garage.

I like it, but don’t love it. Hopefully if a ZL1, 1LE, or Z28 comes out, it better be with a menacing look. These 6th gen lines are a bit on the sleek side to me.

Was on the fence during the initial release but with all these unofficial photos of it popping up in different configurations, I like it a lot more now. For me, the new technology is what tips the scale towards saving up for a 2017/2018 model, by then they should have good special editions available too.

It grew on me, but the tail lamps and SS spoiler are still a major sore spot. I am still sort of butt hurt that Chevy decided to remove the iconic quad tail lamp design for a new set that, essentially, follows every other car that's come out in the last 4 years. There was an interesting article on Oppositelock where they called out how manufacturers are becoming a lot less creative in their tail lamp designs lately. The basic design is a very horizontal set of lamps that start off shorter near the center and become taller near the sides, then wrap around. Sound familiar? The 2016 takes this same basic design approach.
http://oppositelock.kinja.com/the-re...ely-1707345719 Today, I looked at my 2011 as I approached it in the parking lot after days and days of staring at pictures of the 2016, and the sun was reflecting of it in a way that made it look completely menacing and badass. I realized that even though the 2016 grew on me, I fell in love with my 2011 the moment I saw it years ago. There was no "growing" period, it was an immediate attraction. Also, she's my first real car that wasn't a cheap hand-me-down, which I've spent years working on to modify exactly how I want it to look. I get a lot of compliments and it's fun to talk to people who are confused over what's aftermarket, versus factory. So I've actually circled back and decided that while I will read the news on the 2016 and contribute to the forums, I am not likely to purchase one myself. It's just not as iconic a car as a 5th gen and does not give that immediate "wow" factor. Also, the idea of going back to a stock car while somebody else gets to drive my modded '11 is very depressing. TBH, all i want is the freaking CarPlay feature of the 2016. Maybe somebody will create an external CarPlay monitor that sits ontop of your dash and connects to the audio system over Bluetooth. I'd be pretty sold on that sort of setup, especially since I'm still not a total convert to the idea of an integrated infotainment system that can never be upgraded. The rear is growing on me. But they should have done something better based off the 10-13 tail lights in my opinion.
