I was 275 10 weeks ago Lol. Hardcore weight lifting program and a clean diet got me down pretty quick. Ultimately I would want to be 230-235 with 10 Percent fat.

Being 6' 6" and 245 you are about right! I am 6'1" so 230 was bad. 185 is right. Oh...and I do eat and eat a pretty good volume! Just eat right! No fast food, no fries or chips, no fru-fru iced coffee, etc. It all just comes down to calories and carbs! And physical activity! I am at 14% body fat. If you are at 10....STOP! You have to have some body fat to be healthy. But good for you man! Sounds like you are doing well!

I'm writing a new book, "The Beer & Pizza Diet".
It will be a best seller!

If you need an experienced taste tester for the book ,let me know . We could start with Blue Moon at 36 degrees and a New York or New Jersey Pizza.

The problem is not the pizza and beer, but the genetically modified wheat plant that they are shoving down our throats, that both the beer and dough in the pizza contain.
Not normal at all, when comparing gluten and wheat from today's plant, to what was many years ago. Time to wake up and smell the coffee America. |
