Z28 style front splitter recommendations
I am looking to add a z28 style front splitter on my 2014 SS camaro. I am looking for recommendations on which brand is the best. Looking for one that can last and stand up to daily driving. Thanks in advance for your responses!

Thank you!
Thanks for the advice. I hear the bracket/bolt kits can be hard to get.

OEM is the best in my opinion.

I went with OEM, contact Maureen at Rogers Chevrolet, she should be able to track down everything you need.

I had no problem getting the brackets and bolts, just go down to your local dealer and tell them you are doing the z28 lip on your ss and that you need all the bolts and clips. Also get the frame brackets to

what did you decide to go with? I thought about it for a while but I thought OEM was waay more expensive?
FWIW - The ACS T4 splitter is supposed to be nice and is in the $400 range |

I went own. For the money I think it is the way to go. Everyone on here pushed me that direction. So I ordered one from my local dealer today. After some searching we found all of the bolts and brackets as well all in all it cost me $390 for the splitter and the tabs bolts and brackets. I'll update you when I get it in if you want. Just let me know!

I've been debating between the OEM splitter or the ACS T5 splitter myself. I like OEM, but it seems like you have to drill a gazillion holes in the front bumper for the rivets that hold the plastic brackets on. The ACS T5 just has less than a dozen bolts or so you have to drill into the bumper to mount the splitter on.
Also, the T5 looks like it extends out farther on the sides compared to the OEM version on the V6 models. This could make certain departure/entry angles difficult at best to avoid scraping, but I know it's nowhere near as bad as the Z28 splitter which juts out even further. It's a hard call, that's for sure. OEM or ASC? If you opt for the satin black finish on the T5, the OEM comes out less than $100 more. However, you do have to drill a million holes in the bumper to mount the splitter brackets. Decisions decisions....... |

I bought the OEM Z28 Aero Kit. Rear spoiler, front splitter, underpan, front wheel aero flares. It was $1070 shipped. It came with terrible instructions, and all hardware was included except for the clip nuts needed to install the underpan. It took me a while to figure it out, but they come stock on the ZL1 and cost like $70 for all of them. You have to drill into your front fascia, which the instructions do not tell you. But once installed I totally love it. It is supposed to give some decent downforce too.

That's a big-ass splitter for a daily driver. I'd probably destroy that in a week with the roads around here. Looks great though
