Towelless drying recs

What is the best non-towel drying machine for the buck? I'm looking at the DP turbo dryer. I tried to search but I'm not sure what they are technically called. Thanks for any recs.

There is a air dryer that motorcycle owners have used, called the Master Blaster, it blows warm filtered air through the hose to disperse water on any surface. Been tempted to get one since I own to bikes, but I do dry all my vehicles with an absorber.

I just use a $30 or $40 electric leaf blower I got from Home Depot. Works fine and if I have any spots I just follow up with Adams detail spray and mf towel.

I use my motorized back pack leaf blower. Moves a lot of air. Dry in no time.

I use an Adam's Microfiber Drying Towel ever since I got one in a mystery box. I've been thinking about picking up one of their Master Blaster Revolutions or the Sidekick model...but the price just holds me back since I have other car mods on the list.

A pooling rinse. Gets 80-90% of the water off the car, leaving very little to dry.

The pooling rinse will work as long as the vehicle has a good coat of wax on it.

I use the Metro Master Blaster for touch-less drying. Warm filtered air being pushed at either 4 or 8 horsepower!

A leaf blower will work, an electric leaf blower. Problem is, the air it's blowing isn't filtered and can blow contaminants onto the finish. If you would follow up with a towel wipe down anywhere you could start to induce marring to the finish.

Electric leaf blower. Pat dry any leftover water.

I use a Metro Master Blaster!
I used to use a leaf blower but the noise was too much for my ears, shoulder would hurt too, The Blaster is really pricy but I feel its worth it.

The sidekick is great for blowing water out of seams and light bezels - for that it's worth the money, not to mention that it's quieter and less cumbersome than a leaf blower. But it would take a while to dry a whole car with one. You'd probably want something a little bigger for that.

Not true.

A car with no wax will still pool rinse and remove water, it will just sheet off slower.

Sealants and coatings, like wax, can also cause faster sheeting as well.

Duragloss 901 car shampoo increases sheeting action.

Some waxes/sealants/coatings while sheeting faster, will actually leave more water on the car then if it was just polished and had no protection after a pooling rinse.

For the OP here is the pooling rinse technique, start from the top and work your way down, very little water will be left to dry.

I use 1 spray of detail spray per panel after pooling, to further speed up the process. The Microfiber Madness Dry Me Crazy towel will easily take care of the rest of the water without causing any marring to the paint.

Hmm, that's odd, 'cause cars I do, won't pool without wax or sealant on them. Without a coating the water lays flat on the surface. Something has to break the surface tension to allow the water to roll off once pooled up.

Double k dryer... Made for pet grooming but has more than enough power to blow water off any car. It bows almost as much air as the master blaster using simple 110v plug..master blaster on the other hand requires at least 10 amps In order to get up to full power. The body of the double k challenge air product line is made out of a thick durable plastic that won't rust and has 2 motors. You can drop it from 10 feet (look for the you tube video) and it keeps on working. Learned about these dryers from my dog groomer and it works great!
