Hey Brendan
I would go with stainless works headers they are the best bang for the buck and I know you will research this I have them and I wouldn't recommend them to you you if i thought the product was infereior
you can get them for 899 with hi flo cats and if you install them you will save 200-300 from apex speed I have bright a lot of my mods from them great customer service

I'm aware that they are not packaged with headers or exhaust, but wanted to see if any of you have that charger with headers, high flow cat and exhaust and know what the additional gains are?

Jamie will install it, doo I can apply the Labour savings to beer and more parts!

What my goal is, would be to leave the car as stock as possible, go with about $7K for a charger kit that will yield me the most power for that money. I would like to see around 550 at the tires.

My goal may be impossible at that price point though?

the other PD blowers you are looking at are based on the TVS design, which is a gen 6 roots blower by Eaton.

Roots create a ton of heat and will soak very quickly vs. the larger more efficient twin screw designs. Theres a reason why most GT500 owners remove their stock Eaton 1900/TVS 2300's and go to larger Whipple and Kenne Bell Twin Screw Blowers so often.

Sure the TVS blowers create some nice low end torque, but they end up getting their shit pushed in on the big half of the race by the Twin Screws.

Rich, what is the customer incentive program? Such as, what kind of $ off does GMC offer to a current Chevy owner? I understand that number changes frequently, but what is a roundabout number? Also, does the incentive decrease over time?

Wow...thats it?

I was hoping they would do better. Especially since the Toyota highlander is $42k and the Acadia is $50k. I figured they could bring the price closer.

I was more impressed by the build of the gmc, but I need more rationale for the $8k difference.

We would probably trade in Kayla's tc for it (she is going to trade the Mazda for her IS250).

Maybe they will do better incentives in a few years.

The $1k is the GM owner loyalty, its always been that amount, however thats on top and in addition to any other rebates/incentives that are in effect at the time of purchase.
When I bought my Camaro I got an additional $1,750 off,and when I bought my truck I got an additional $3,000 off.
You would have to check with the dealer at the time to see what all the rebates/incentives are.
