Wheel gap

I have a 2017 Camaro 2SS. Should the wheel gap on the front tires be greater than the rear. I have stock set up and in front I have 2.25 inches from top of tire to bottom lip of fender and in the rear it is 2 inches.

My bad. I had jacked up the car and took off 1 front wheel to check the hub. When I let it down it seemed like there was more gap. Today I drove the car out and back into the garage and the front dropped 3/4 ".Now I have 1.5 gap up front and almost 2 in the rear. I guess the car had to be driven to settle back to stock. Lesson learned. Hope this helps if you had the same question.
