This Track was definitely more challenging than the last one I ran with my c7 z51 at Thunderhill , definitely more elevation changes and blind turns than out west. Novice Green level with Chin Motor Sports. I was definitely impressed with the car was a bit insecure on hard corner breaking upon entrance because I felt my brakes weren't bedded yet. 1 of 4 videos trying to learn the line on a new track with blind corners and elevation changes! Did I mention this car exceeds my expectations ! No doubt in my mind now that I made the right choice

Noticed you didn't have rev match on (gear indicator white vs. amber and no blips on downshift in video). Any particular reason for that? Heel toe'ing it old school?

Thought you might not have noticed..also no rev match?? That what practice is all about.. learning 4 sure...looks like a lot of fun!

actually I went to settings drive mode turned auto select off was gonna select sport steering than track suspension and than set them both in track, I don't think at that point it will Change the set up even if the console button is hit?

For a flat track with less blind turns rev match is more fun this track requires so much focus than its all about the line and knowing the track often you have to use momentum in gear before you even shift

find your local track and find what groups run it on there calendar basically join the group i belong to chin motorsports, just track it and jzilla, if you have less than 10 track days they want you with a instructor here in the south I can see why! In california i road solo

I find myself losing my self on track and might forget the bells and whistles I drive ! love passing porsches, and c7's def comes down to the driver more than the car! although the dam hennesay z06 would blow by me!

I need to learn to hit the straights harder 150 vs 130! and trust the brakes more I never actually clamped down on them hard

I have another ]video where IM in track mode! with rev match on! but I don't want to bore anyone with my third per video

Ps I dont think i could actually ever run a track in tour mode I can barely stand it on the freeway! I think it got pushed but the settings were in track in the myllink
