Man, don't PM everybody just to tell them to go vote for something. That's not cool.

I thought sending a PM to everyone that showed interest in the Torque converter issue was a creative idea (to raise awareness of the poll). Whether you decide to vote or not is personal preference.

I got the PM, although, had already voted.

It definitely made a difference in the poll.

Had my 2016 2 SS TC changed and it resolved the issues but only for about a week or three (less than 300 miles). Waiting for some nice weather to take it back in.

I voted but good luck getting anyone from GM to address a real problem.

13k miles and I got the shudder. Dropped it off with dealer for the triple flush. Got the car back, still shudders like nothing was even done to it. Called to let them know this and make appointment for TC swap, however, after driving 100+ miles, the shudder has gone away.

I'll continue driving to see if it comes back.

They should have told you it can take up to 200 miles following the flush for it to go away (believe it even says it in the TSB).

I will tell you mine still had the shudder the first day after the flush, then went away. But about 2K miles later it was back, then I had the TC swapped. No issue since with 2K+ miles.

New attempt at remedy for shudder...

I was sent this copy today of a recent service request and subsequent tech response for the shudder issue. I was also told it was in a new Camaro.

I'm pretty sure the service writer was setting him up... but he responded in kind.

I had a triple flush done twice. The second one was about a week after the first one. After the second flush, I haven't felt a single vibration in 4000+ miles. Hopefully that fixed it. In other news, my MyLink screen has stopped working entirely and my car is going into the service department for that this Friday. The issues with this car make the experience much more unpleasant than it should be.

How in the world did you get it done twice. They are supposed to replace the converter if the triple flush didn't work

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what does this actually feel like?
I have a new SS and it does a mild vibration thing between 65 and 70mph while cruising but it definitely does not feel like "rumble strips" as others have described. It's not loud, it does not shake me up and down, but I can feel it.

The problem, at least for me, was intermittent and very apparent when it was happening. It feels like very strong rumble strips and it goes away once you accelerate. If you have a continuous mild vibration that sounds like something else.
