To all who bought the Technostalgia Tail lights

Ok so I'm thinking about getting some since they're pretty sweet. I've done some research on them and from what I could gather, there's 3 problems with them.

1. Condensation gets in them
2. Some LEDs go out
3. Battery drain

So numbers 1 and 3 are no big deals for me since all you have to do for number 1 is just add more silicone and my car is a DD so I don't have to worry that much about number 3. How long does it usually take for the tail light to be repaired on their end?

Also, any other input from owners would be appreciated.

Wow, it's amazing that you have a product with known issues, and people still buy them like crack.

Did you have the show mode button installed? And was this right after you drove the car home?

I have the show mode on a toggle switch. I was at work for eight hours left the Camaro home and took the cruze open my garage and she was running by herself.

Mine have worked perfect but got condensation in mine I will have to get the water out and then put more silicone. Kind of a hassle.

I have had mine since November with no problems until last Thursday. I noticed that I had condensation in one of them. I talked with Todd at Technostalgia and he said he would ship it back to me within 48 hours of receiving it. I told him I would just fix it myself. I didn't want to go through the hassle of removing the back end twice.
I still love the lights. Wouldn't trade them for any other lights out there.

I installed mine on July 2012 and had not one problem. No condensation or LED problems.

Had mine since July 2012. No fogging, no burnt out LEDs, no loose wires. They have worked perfect and still do (now they will burn out because I said this). It did drain my battery once. At the time it wasn't acknowledged that they would do this. I spoke with Todd and he told me that they do drain the battrery after a while. Once was enough. I wired them like others have in that I have a key/ignition 12V source and a direct battery source on a toggle switch. Don't have that problem anymore.
