Not one person that I know, that got their car signed, cares what other people think. And I know quite a few people on here that have their car signed. I've been to the last 2 fests, and both times, there have been lines of cars waiting to get signed, because that's what THEY wanted. Also, I've had a lot of people ask me what the signatures were, and after I explained to them, that they were signatures of the design and engineer team, I always got "wow, that's pretty cool", or something to that affect.

and on another note, Scott, Fbodfather, is the marketing genius behind the 5th gen Camaro.

I've met Scott twice and he's a cool cat, met a whole bunch more at Indy '08, I don't care what others think. How bout this, 99.9% of the population won't know what my tag means, N01822, either but I still like it.

Oh and those pics are pretty cool. That's exactly what I want.

I'm not worried about someone signing my car.

I'm worried about me having to give my signature on line 29 of that little yellow piece of paper handed to me by a guy with flashing lights on his car...

Sangyup Lee designed the 5th gen camaro.

The only signatures on my car are the handlebar marks made by the only person on earth that can scratch it and live.
My 5 year old daughter.

Anyone who thinks it's stupid, ever met Scott, Cheryl, or AL? Meet those folks and get back to the rest of us.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry, except for 3rd Gen fans, because the design team really made fun of the third gens, and mullets, and 80's hair music in Indy. I took offense. I kind of call mine the "Mullet Mobile."

Our car looks just like Rubys. Got it signed by the whole camaro team and Mike Judge when we went to Canada last year. Had a blast and the whole camaro team is great. Al, my dad and I had some good convos as we were at the same hotel and parked right next to each other. I personally don't care how others feel. It's actually a cool conversation piece. I want Scott to sign my camaro as he was a big part of the 4th gens as well. Oh and we have a signed engine cover to.

My ZL1 is signed by the Fbodfather. He is such a great guy and I am very proud to have his signature. He did it with a sharpie and it still looks like the day he signed. I am very picky when it comes to things done to my car or who touch it but I am very proud to have one of the Best team members signature on it.

You can spray clearcoat over the signature if you want, works fine. Did it on my 2010 when the whole gm team signed it.

Yes this. I have Scottie, Al, Cheryl, John and a bunch of others from BBOMG in Oshawa. Silver permanent Sharpie marker worked great and then I clear coated when I got home.
