Did fuse pull, got check engine light
Did the npp f8 fuse pull and it worked perfectly. However the next day it gave a CEL so I put it back in and drove it. The light will not turn off. How do n I fix this and why did it occur. The car has about 2500 miles.

Take it to autozone and have them read the code for you and re-post what the CEL is.

It shouldn't be from the exhaust. I've done it on 3 cars and never had one to come on. I would get it checked at a local parts store like stated above

Now the flaps do not work even with the fuse in. I just checked the relay in the r2 slot and it's good but the terminal has no ground going to the relay. Is there a wiring diagram of this area in the trunk? The flaps will work if I connect the battery to the relay terminal.

That is out of my realm of knowledge there. May wanna visit your dealer and see if they have any answers.

Gotta ask....you did pull the #8 fuse from the fuse box in the trunk and not from the fuse box under the hood?
