Does any one have this same problem??
I have the free one year sirrus radio set up. and ever since i have had the car it had been nothing but trouble with the sirrus people. One day itll work then the nxt whole month it wont. Ive called at least 20 times and they never once fixed it.

It is probably in the wiring.... take it to the dealer.

The customer service people at Sirius are totally unhelpful and complete morons. Every time I've called them, it's been a waste of time.

Only problem I have had is the quick dead spots in my area. I don't mean the ones under metal awnings. In open air around Sarasota county there are quite a few split second holes. Where it goes out for a split second. Havent had it happen to me in Tampa or Orlando at all. Or even Jacksonville actually.
Maybe aliens are secretly attacking Sarasota Florida haha!

Sirius/ XM customer "service" reps are the very most moronic, incompetent, dimwitted, and flat out stupid people I have ever dealt with. Yeah, I may not be using enough superlatives in my description, but the magnitude of their incompetence is truly breathtaking. They say things like, (and note that I quote):"You do not have to pay the initiation fee, but you MUST pay the initiation fee!"
They offer a PRODUCT that I like... however, similar to KFC, they are crippled by abysmal customer service, incompetence so vast that when I TRY to give them my money, they stumble and fail so badly that they won't even allow me to do that. It saddens me to see a weak link (like a herd of imbeciles answering telephones) keep a business from succeeding. If they eliminated or fixed that weak link, the company would flourish. But... while they may be staying afloat, they'll never realize their full potential, thanks to the probability that the collective IQ of ALL of their CSRs is not even a triple digit number. So, uh, yeah... what my rant is trying to say is that your problem is quite certainly due to Sirius/ XM incompetence, but you are not alone... |

When we had it in the Camaro for the free trial, it was GREAT! We have a free trial for a year in our Durango and that service sucks. It always cuts out and in one hour of driving, you may get thirty minutes of radio.
