Thanks. My '51 Olds 88. I fully restored it over 18 years. America's first muscle car. Complete Olds Mechanics & Chassis with the lightweight Chevrolet body.

1963 Ford Falcon. Four banger about the size of a small suitcase, 3 speed on the column. This is not my car but it looks just like it. I got it in 1975 for 250 dollars. I was 12 years old lol

Same here! I got mine with 200k on it... That z34 had the legendary 3.8 in it, that motor was bullet proof. Good on gas, respectable torque and hp for it's time and reliable to 260k when I gave the car away.

Yes it is a member! My wife says there'll be a divorce if I ever try to sell it! Now she loves Camaros almost as much as I do, but she likes the cool factor where I like the speed. To keep this on topic, her first car (her family's car) was a 1977 Ford LTD II. She once hit a concrete light post in a parking lot which chipped the concrete and didn't dent the bumper. LOL |

1976 Ford Gran Torino Elite. Bought it from my brother. Had a 351M motor with 4 barrel carb. It was fast for the size of it. It was a boat. Loooong front end!

My 1st car was a 1978 gold color Monte Carlo, 6 cylinder 3 speed manual. I bought it at the age of 17 for $1,600 it had 25,000 miles on it. I worked on a farm for $1.40 an hour, took me 4 years of summers and weekend's during school. I have to say that this is 1 of my favorite threads on here, it brings back a lot of great memories. and seeing some great cars and some cars that weren't great, but they were your car! You worked for it. Not like today where everything is handed out.
