Speedometer

Hey all,

New guy here from over the pond, First official UK owned Camaro i'm told!

One thing i've noticed so far and just airing thoughts for other owners, Firstly i noticed i don't have any Daytime Running Lights in my grilles like everyone else, Secondly i have an A8 2SS I can change the Speedometer units from Metric or Imperial (Km/h / mph) and the Digital speedometer changes along with the HUD however my analog readout still shows it in Km/h... Is anyone able to go into their settings and change your units between the values to see if your analog speedo changes too?. My father owns a Corvette Stingray (2015) and upon changing hes units the analog speedo changes itself too. Is mine broken or what?.

Thus far, Thoroughly enjoy the car covered 900 already and haven't looked back.

On the right set of controls on the steering wheel, left arrow to get the menu. Down to the gear and press SEL. Scroll down to units and change it to Kilometers. Done.

In UK probably, in EU not (137 solds in summer in Germany).

I can't help with your questions much but I have seen on the price / spec list that we don't get the DRLs in the UK for some reason. However, sweet ride! Can't wait to join the club when mine arrives next year.

Did you order yours through Ian Allen or elsewhere/privately?. Also where abouts are you based?. I don't remember seeing that one the spec/price list regards the DRLS?. Just re checked the spec list/ price list, Two entries.. "LED Daytime Running Lights" and "HID Headlamps with DRL Signature" are on there both showing an "S" in the box... Hmm!

So your speedo goes up to 330 like this? When you choose the MPH option, does the km/h indicator on the speedo change to MPH?

In not the OP. But in the U.K. they use MPH and miles on the road like we do (within a few feet). So mostly all of their cars read MPH as opposed to KPH. But interested to hear whether the Camaro in UK has the German KPH speedo

Hey BahamaTodd, Yes the speedo displays the same numbers but indeed there is the word MPH underneath the Km/h symbol in the analog display, However mine does not switch over to MPH but my Fathers Corvette does.. Which leads me to believe mine is faulty?...

If you notice the digital speedo changes but the analog does not.. Can anyone else try this on their cars and see if it changes?.

Maybe one of our Canadian members can try this function to see how it should work.
