Upgraded! 1LT/RS to 2SS/1LE ... HOLY $#!%!
Wow.
I had a 2014 Camaro 1LT/RS A6, and just bought a used 2015 2SS/RS/1LE. Its literally like a COMPLETELY different car. Absolutely unreal. I test drove a 2013 1SS A6 years before I bought my 2014, and it didn't impress me at all. This 2015 1LE is absolutely nothing like the '14 V6 I owned and the '13 SS Auto I test drove. This is my first manual transmission car, and after getting all of the stalling out of my system, I'm able to blip downshifts very well and climb into 1st gear from a stop much better too. This car is so much damn fun. I can't believe I was missing out all this time, haha. Well, I guess I'm part of the 1LE club now! I've already ordered rock guards (my goodness do those fat tires stick out of the fenders and throw rocks like no ones business) and ZL1 rockers will be on order soon. Attached are some pics. Heres a quick exhaust video of the stock NPP... now to do a fuse pull... |

Congrats on the purchase.
The 1LE is completely changes the feel of the SS. I test drove a few M6 and A6 SS cars and wasn't all that impressed. As soon as I drove the 1LE, I knew I had to get one.

Fuse pull that NPP or get the mild to wild switch... Youll thank me later.
Also welcome to the 1LE world.

That's the color I almost got, but I 'settled' with silver. Congrats on the upgrade!

Congrats and great color! Mine is highly appearance nodded and has the stone guards and rockers. You will really want Xpel on the bottom of the doors, rockers, and gils....as well as all front facing surfaces. Has been my best money spent by far!

CONGRATS!! I did almost the same upgrade. '14 2LT to a '15 1SS 1LE.
I know exactly how you feel. These cars are freakin amazing. The first time I drove it, it actually scared me (in a good way). Enjoy it. |
