Biggest All Motor Cam

Who makes the biggest all motor cam for the LT1? Have been looking at the Track Attack from GPI. Will a stock ported IM/Stock ported TB work with a huge cam?

I’m sure it would. But even average size cams have shown 30rwhp gain with an msd. I woukd assume even more loss with an even bigger cam and more rpm. Search pray on here he did a good comparison a while back. Ported stock vs ported msd. 30 rwhp difference and nothing lost down low with the ported msd

The track attack is probably up there for largest. Pray offers some too. You can have them made any size you want though

Wow that is a huge loss from just the intake manifold. Will connect with Pray and see what he thinks.

What's the appeal to find the biggest? Big doesn't always equal more power.

I guess the goal is to run the All Motor Class at the Import vs Domestic meet in November at Maryland International Raceway. Just trying to get the car setup by then. Long ass road ahead.

Just a heads up that the Track Attack cam requires fly cutting the pistons. I just contacted Pray and told him I wanted a pretty big cam and he customized one for me with a converter.

Nice. So he sells the full cam kit I'm assuming? I'm getting my Circle D 3C put on in 2 weeks by Jannetty Racing. What stall did you go with??

Yes he sells everything you need to install it. The converter is a Circle D 4C. Kind of a high stall for street driving but you get used to it.

Sounds amazing. Would be so intense with my exhaust. All I have is headers, catless pipes and bullett mufflers that exit under the car.

It probably would be ok, might have a little more bucking at lower rpms but that isn't too far off of my converter.
