Technically, a tanneau cover is supposed to cover the top when down, and the rear seats... however, GMs version is more commonly refered to as a "boot" as it merely covers the top when it's down. It's not a necessity, but adds a much cleaner, finished look to the car.

The wheels are SLP "ZL" 20"s. They are avaliable aftermarket, and I believe sell currently for $1300-$1400 a set.

Great news dcfan and other golfers...I stand corrected...the golf bag does fit in the trunck with the top down!!!
I would have never thought it, but basically, with the top up you can but the bag in and there is room to pull the bag towards you and then have space to drop the top behind the bag. Once you get to the course, you will need to raise the top, which then provides room to move the bag back into the trunk and angle it back out of the trunk.

Works for me...way cool!!!

Hey drago, great review, nothing better then an Honest review!
As another member pointed out, you can change the stations and media source with the steering wheel- btw, dont you love the steering wheel?! I love it

Oh and one major thing that I really need to say....your vert is SEXY!
I mean, those SLP wheels just set it off, love the fact that the spokes are black, car just looks GORGOUS! I showed my gf who doesnt like the vert your car, she had a change of opinion lol

I am not a fan of the convert at all. The look with the top down is AUSOME, but with the top up looks horrible. I really hope they come out with a Hard Top version that will retract. I would supper all trunk space for that! I have owned many convert in the past and hearing about the Tanneau is disappointing. No way I would want to put the Tanneau cover on every time the top comes down.

Keep enjoying your vert though and keep reviews coming. The will only improve and hope for that hard top version in the future

Thanks!

I did forget to mention the steering wheel in my OP... with so much negativity about the size floating around in the car mag reviews- I was anticipating some horrendous stone-age size monstrosity. Personally, I find the steering wheel absolutely fine. It doesn't feel any larger than any other wheel I'm accostomed to, and even on 3 hour+ drives; I was perfectly comfortable! A little Armor All and the "charcoal gray" looks a slick black, which is really set off by the chrome accents in the center and the SS badge on the bottom- LOVE it!!!!! The cup holders, however are a bit of an annoyance- I have a manual, put anything other than a size small cup in there and it's in the way of the stick... but on the brighter side; good excuse to keep the wife from bringing drinks into the car and getting condensation rings or spills!

Drago i contacted corsa exhaust by email over the weekend and just got a response today. They said they think thier exhaust will fit. They are getting a convertible in a couple of weeks for sound and fit tests. I will wait till they test thier car. But at least they are looking into it.

The wheels on Dragos car are not factory. They are the SLP Wheels found here
http://www.slponline.com/view_product_site.asp?P=81055

Nice thing about them is that they are the same size as factory wheels so you can swap your P-Zeros right on to them.
