My car has been on the longest rail ride of its life. Took DAYS to get from michigan to outside toledo. DAYS and Im talking like 5 days later its now just south of Kentucky. its ETA is like two weeks from now to get to my dealer in FL. Man is this train going like 5mph????????

Oh and my onstar got activated by my dealer finally. And it NO WORKIE. The car is probably inside a railcar unable to get connection to onstar. So thats not working either. This car has been built since 2/1.

Are you referring to a live agent with the Chevrolet.com chat? If so, the same thing happened to me. Live person told me it was accepted, but Virtual Assistant said not accepted, and Joe had it at 1100. It eventually got accepted, but weeks later.

I can't know for sure, but suspect Chevrolet is training reps to reassure concerned customers with statements "you're car will be built." Did the GM person explicitly say status was at 2000, or did they say something more genetic that only implied it, which is what I got.
