You know, this is looking too similar to the 2010-2014 to really be considered a "6th gen" anymore. This looks comparable to the changes made to the Mustang in 2010, which still qualifies as a 5th gen Mustang.

The styling has nothing to do with generation. The generation change is due to the fact that the entire car will be different. The platform, engines, transmissions, suspension, interior and exterior will be new from top to bottom.

More and more it looks like the 2014 refresh is step towards the evolution to the Gen 6 Camaro. When everyone saw the refresh I remember people saying that it won't sell. Well the 2014 has better than expected sales numbers. And the 2015's are hitting the streets as we speak. I believe the 6 Gen will have good sales numbers as well!!

I will reserve any opinion until I see the official unveiling of the 6 Gen!!

You make a valid point. We'd all be rich if we had a dollar for every "Oh-my-gosh-they've-wrecked-it" comment we read regarding the 2014 refresh. As the old saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. And the buyers are still eating.

For me, it looks too much like the current edition, not enough change for me to buy ..........

That design/style doesn't do anything for me ....... And style change should be included when a "New" Generation is introduced, it shouldn't look like a carry-over from the previous year, for me it would look like a lack of effort in design and style if it's going to be touted as a Next Generation ....

I think you all have to update your front based on this video

The 6th gen cleary has a curved line on the sides of the front that connects the lights and the outer part of the bumper. Also the headlights seem way thinner and wider than in the fan renders out there.

Guess it will more look like this:

Agreed...

They are all great renderings but they're missing a few details that make up the 6th GEN's front end.

I'm more inclined to believe that it is a misdirect add-on piece for two reasons. Some don't have it at all (easier to add than subtract), and in some angles, the vertical doesn't align cleanly with the over-the-wheelwell cut. Besides that, it looks decidedly awkward/inelegant from the front and interrupts the front to back airflow of the bumper.

I could be wrong, I often am.

This area is one of the most difficult "to guess", I think samurai is partially right, regarding the view above we can't consider it 100% right, I think it's something as compromize between my first drawing and samourai vision.

Yeah, even the ones without the pronounced flare have to have some cardboard covering that edge.
