Intake/Tune
Hey guys i need a little help. i just bought a 1le and i want to install a intake. do you guys recommend to tune after i install or is there no need for that?

There have been done intake comparisons and 1 had a tune recommended based on a/f ratios. What kind did you get?

Any gen 5 will benefit from a tune, even without any mods...seriously...get with dynoSteve on one of his threads....major improvement...peace out

Get with Steve OP and he will unleash the fury of your car! Your car will be improved with or without add on's with a Dyno Steve tune.

Hold off on the tune if you plan on getting headers ect. Seeing you're in Miami I would recomdend dsmlightstune or Fasterproms (Jeremy) a couple of hours from Miami.

There's really not much of a need for a tune if just doing a cold air intake. However, if this really is all you're going to do and you're looking for just a little more power then go see Jeremy at Fasterproms. He's top notch!
