When you see another Camaro on the street...

What have you or the other person done? I often times get a head nod, a smile, a thumbs up. Sometimes they rev at the red light in good fun, I've had other Camaros roll down their windows and yell what's up and talk about how we like the color on each other's car briefly before the light turns green, sometimes at night I get high beam flashed. Stuff like this is why I like owning a Camaro as well, just having a cool car that other owners acknowledge and no hate for the most part. You can't get that having the same BMW and such.

Even here on the forums I never see someone post a pic of their Camaro and there's hate. Every color, stripe, decal is unique and awesome in their own way and even if it isn't "your thing" you can still respect it, because it's a Camaro lol.

I've yet to actually see a fellow camaro buddy yet. Knowing me I'd give the head nod or thumbs up if I do see one.

Plenty of mustangs though. An ecoboost 4 banger tried to tempt me yesterday.. I didn't bite

I ignore anything that I know I completely outclass. A Mustang GT would be fun to gap, but a 4 banger? Not worth the gas

Wave at em all the time. Rarely get it in return. Coming back from the tale of the dragon yesterday, ran across another 6SS heading down and got a wave back from driver and passenger. Cool factor: 10.

I wave at every Camaro driver I see. Rarely do I get a wave back though.

And I will also acknowledge any other sports/musclecar as well - Vettes, Vipers, Challengers, Mustangs - I am a fan of all of them.

6SS? That must have some incredible features. Massaging seats? Autonomous?

I get a lot of nods and waves from other Camaro drivers. You can tell those are the real enthusiasts.

I dont do anything on the rare ones i see. Half the time they are too tinted to see the driver anyway and sticking my arm out the window is too much of a hassle but i wouldn't wave regardless. I consider it a thing you do when you have an old car (> 10 years) and see another from the same generation.

Depends on the road. If it's on the interstate, nothing. But on local streets or back roads, then I wave, but response back varies.

Nothing up until now, but now I know Camaro bro-code (and gal) I will attempt to engage with a head nod and a peace sign.

To be honest, nothing. My windows for the most part are always up and my tint is fairly dark as well. Waving your arm out in Southern California could mean a lot of different things here lol.
