Exhaust brackets?

Hey just picked up my car the other day and as I was checking everything out I noticed that there are some "tongs" on the center rear exhaust and body that don't have the rubber exhaust hangers. Is this normal? I'll try to include some pics.

Not normal. As mentioned, you are missing the rubber hanger parts.

Hmm another thing I noticed while under the car is that the exhaust has a few areas where it's not fully round, like it's crushed in on it's self a little bit. Nothing major but c'mon...just make a straight exhaust pipe!
