Ok I'll bite, only because I know exactly what you're feeling' and I lived through those days of first(second?) generation muscle cars.
Here is what I owned "back in the day" Still, I would love to own a current muscle car as well. |

Let's not forget the drag bars. Sneaking into my friend's dad's shop and trying to weld them on ourselves.

I forgot to say Cragars. If you have to ask, you're too young!

I'm not that old at 26 but I can definitely appreciate both the old Camaro's and new Camaro's but you do have to admit that the new Camaro's handle so much better and run smoother. If I had never drove a 68 Camaro after owning a new Camaro I would always wonder what it would be like but unless you modify the old Camaro in everyway I don't think you would want one other than a show car, with that being said I strongly considering selling my 68 and buying a 2017 zl1. Any thoughts on my decision!

Moroso valve covers?.... Went with Edelbrock Air shocks?.... Gabriel Hijackers. Judas Priest tape.... Nazareth "Hair Of The Dog" 8-track Leather jacket?.... zip-up hoodie Blonde slut sittin' shot gun?....All though my girlfriend at that time was a blonde, I would never refer to her as a slut. Sounds more like you're refering to the 80's? Last edited by jimmie; 06-09-2016 at 05:18 PM. |

[QUOTE=brutusvk;9140286]Not a Camaro... but still chevy. I believe in old school, mini tubs (not done yet), fuel injected, nitrous fed, handles well and has at least 575 ft lbs of torque (no bottle) and weighs 3300 lbs.
Always loved the Nova, as well as the Buick Apollo, Oldsmobile Omega or Pontiac Ventura |

The goofiest gimmick gm did... N ova, O mega, V entura, A pollo spells... NOVA. I love the 62-67. The 68-72 were easy to build but not my favorite. I was always a Camaro junkie first and foremost though. Now I get both! |
