Newbie here, looking to buy a 15 ZL1 Lingenfelter

https://www.hendrickchevrolet.com/Ve...-FL/4211150363

Hey guys just want to say hi, I'm new to the forum and a few days ago I checked this ZL1 out. Its in super good condition and drives strong. Is that a good price for that car and also are Ligenfelter Camaro's super rare? This car has the 700hp package.

That's a fair price, if not good for a vert w/ 10k and that package...assuming it was professionally installed and there is no damage.

For some reason they don't seem to bring as much money as a Callaway or Yenko but they should, in my mind anyway. Not to take anything away from them, they are great at what they do, but so is Lingenfelter. They build some of the coolest cars out there and really know what they are going. I have had two sets of BBC motors for my boat built by them and they were incredible. Great to deal with and really stand behind there work.
Good luck, that is a beautiful car.

Thanks for the replies guys, unfortunately I couldn't get financing for it so I am going to look for a 2015 ZL1 instead of this one. Found a nice black one on Carmax for 38G I'm going to check out. I originally wanted a 2017 Z but they are still out of my price range. Currently I have a 2011 GT500 vert that I want to trade in. Its been a good car to me but I need a change. Had her for 3 or 4 years now and its time to move on from her.

With everything that is going on in the world right now I would think the ball is in your court. Prizes will probably be going down, for a while anyway. Good luck and take care.

Yes, that is a fair price.

As far as I am aware, Lingenfelters are rare. It would be interesting to know which stage package this Lingenfelter is, as well as whether the modification was done by Lingenfelter company or by someone else who ordered the kit.

Just a quick update they dropped the price of the car 1500 the past few weeks. Im going to see if they can get it down a few more grand then the GT500 is going bye bye and hello ZL1.

I should be able to get them to drop more with this being a buyers market.

I believe the original owner sent it off too Lingenfelter to have the Stage 3 package installed.

Looks super nice and clean!! Price isn't bad but I'm sure they will come down with everything going on.. Shocked they didn't use the Gates belt tho.. Also don't see a bigger reservoir on it unless it has the bigger heat exchanger
