I hope to make the September event, summer is tough, I had the choice of going to this or spending the weekend with my kids in VT, all the planning in the world is not going to take away time with my kids. I've been lucky to get a few hrs of seat time every other week this summer, am I mad, no way, my car is there when I can, my kids won't be wanting to hang around with dad forever.

Beiry & Ernest - you guys will be going up 395 and I will be waiting at Exit 91's on-ramp. I figure if you're leaving Milford at 6:15 you'll be passing me around 7:40 or so, I'll be waiting by 7:30 just in case you're early and jump in behind. That way we can all arrive and stage together. I'll have my radio, so give me a shout when you get close. Sound good?

I'm still in on this. I come from a dif direction kinda. Takes about 40 min to get there and I have to cross over 391. So meeting you guys in the am.

That sounds good. How about setting your radio to channel 5 and I'll give you a shout out as we near the exit. Or if you just want us to stop on exit 91 I'm sure we can spare 60 seconds for you!

I'm sure they will have plenty of good work assignments for us no matter what time we get there!

Will you be heading down 395? If so do you want to meet up somewhere on exit 99? My map shows that will be our route to the track and hopefully that won't take you too far off your route. It looks like there is a small USPS that is right on the way. This isn't an official Jay map, but here it goes:



Or if you have a radio we can definitely radio ahead (CH 5) and let you know that we are coming, or we can meet you at the gate, or we can reserve a spot for you when we stage our cars. The options are endless!

Roger that on rain. Not sure if our route matches yours so we should be pulling in the front gate at about 8am if you want to wait for us and then we all stay together.

Radio's always on 5-0. See you all in the morning. Suggest bringing some plastic or tarp for your gear in case a shower passes.
