You can take it to a trusted auto body shop or a detailer. Claying could work but the specs of paint may scratch the surrounding clearcoat before it fully embeds in the clay. I agree with the suggestion of asking camarodreams07. I'd also post this question in the detailing forum if the mods don't move it for you.

Any decent detail shop should be able to buff the over spray off. Probably cost you about 100 bucks though. Ask the guys that were spraying paint in the wind to help pay for it.

I have to agree with the guys previously, clay is the way to go to remove over spray
A brief overview of the process can be found here http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=307114

Thank You guys for the prompt response ... Atleast makes me feel better that I am not the only one after being feeling hell about my first new car in this country ... Now if I decide to have clay used on the car.. But my whole car each and every centimetre has tiny drops of white paint... About a million on my front windshield... You can't easily feel or see it but 3 feet from the car it's visible... Any one in same situation before... The paint don't feel bumpy...

As mentioned before, I would clay bar your entire car. I had overspray on my truck from someone who was using rattle can paint nearby on a windy day. Clay bar took it all off. Just remember you have to apply a new coat of wax after you clay bar.
If you aren't comfortable with the clay bay process, any reputable body shop knows how to clay bar and wax.
