First time Camaro owner

I have been on here for a bit but it has taken me awhile to pull the trigger. Truthfully it worked out better buying now since a new job allowed me to go with a 2LT/RS.

One of the pieces of paper from the factory has a date in January along with her slot number. The dealer laminated the window sticker - also cool.

She was fun to drive tonight and I look forward to having her around for a long time to come. I love the G rating on the H.U.D. What can I say? This woman loves taking corners quickly.

Anyway, thanks to this forum I was able to go in and negotiate. It was not hard knowing more than the sales staff because they did not know much at all. The sales guy even tried to show me the remote starter function and was confused when it was not on there (manual transmission).

The car draws a lot of attention. People at red lights waving, people in a neighborhood driving by repeatedly and looking at her... Surprised because I see a lot of Camaros in the area.

Now to get her stripe and think about the next steps.

Lol. You do not want pics of me, I'd break the camera and the monitors. However, I'll see about getting at least one for a project page. :-)

Thank you for the warm reception. I have been lurking for a bit and mainly sticking to another part of the forum.

Colour of the stripe will be red. I have not picked out the exact red yet. Whatever it is I will need to get done extra to modify the engine cover. I never thought I would own a white car but she is beautiful. The extra HP is nice to have and will take done getting used to but that is just another reason to drive some more. :-D

I've been sayin white 14s are the best.. they look great with the new fascia and rear end IMO.
