I would have guessed his friends were Eurosnobs. Can't count the number of kids dropping big money to make their Audi's and BMW's compete with Fox bodies and 4th gen Camaros. Against 5th gens and 5.0's they really need to drop some serious bank to compete.

They don't sound like real friends to me. Who cares what they think all that matters is that you drive a badass car that YOU like. Immature kids will always talk shit especially if they own Fords or Dodges. Just ignore them.

Bunch of jealous dummys. When I bought my 1LE, all of my friends loved it except for my best friends mother. She's a very political, anti-obama anti-chevrolet lady. When I pulled up and surprised them, my buddy checked the car out in awe and his mom was there and was just like "hmm..the cars really low. You're gonna have problems. The MPG is gonna be worse than your other car" blah blah instead of a simple congratulation.

My point is, for every group that loves your car, there's gonna be a hater or two. Don't let those asses get to you, I think your car is nice!

Sorry that you have to hear this from what is considered to be your friends. As far as folks disliking the Camaro, just take a moment to look at the sales figures that is posted here monthly. Camaro is out selling both the Mustang and Challenger in the modern muscle car department. This would tell me folks prefer the Camaro over both the Mustang and Challengers. You should see if there is a Camaro club in your area and check them out. Guarantee you start going to shows and hanging out with other Camaro folks you will have a much better time.
