I don't want it to outsell the Mustang. There are Mustangs everywhere. I wish the Camaro would become more elite than a Mustang.

The 1st day that the new Gen 6 goes on sale... is also the 1st day our Gen 5s begin to become classics. Once they make the last Gen 5, there is a finite number of our cars in the world.. and that number will shrink every day. I have no doubt that the Gen 5 Camaros will become just as popular as the Gen 1s. They are that good.

I like the change, my car was produced for 2 years with very little differences with '14 and '15 models. The 5th Gen was/is an awesome car.

it definitely has been lingering in the back of my mind. every time i look at my car i cant but think how much sweeter it would be if it was just a little smaller and lighter.

Only thing appealing is the idea of smaller and lighter but I'm not changing. It may be a better starting point but I like my current Camaro over anything they bring off the lot.

5th gen is a great car and it always will be. best selling american sports car since 09, great looks and great economy for a great price, everyone always turns their heads to look at a 5th gen driving by and they still will 10 years from now.
1st gen is a way worse car by today's standards, obviously, but I still love the 1st gen and 2nd gen camaros. technologically every generation of cars gets outdated... that's never changed and it always will be that way. even 2010 and 2012 5th gens have technological differences... no way i'd regret keeping a 5th gen just because a 6th is coming out, truth is the 6th gen would never be in existence if the 5th hadn't been such a great car, making the 5th gen better. period be proud of your baby |

This is also my first car, I only drive it in the summer and I will be keeping it till the day I die. As you can see in my sig I have invested a bit of money into it. I will be spending a few g's to alter the outside appearence to my liking and a cam with an ls3 conversion will be happening next year. I highly doubt the gen 6 will be an "upgrade" at that point. Plus my car will be payed off in about a year and a half so I'll also have no car payments lot's more money for mods to make this car that much more special. I couldn't be happier with my gen 5
