Another personalized plate topic (BLACK Camaros)

---------------- So I got my PIN. Here is what I tried, and what is or is not available. There are many great threads here about personalized/vanity license plates, but I'm looking toward something pretty specific. My Camaro is a 2012 2LS. So while it's got one heck of a V6, I won't be sporting plates about how fast I am, how I want to race, or about my specific model or HP rating. I'm also feel that that kind of plate might attract police attention. I was looking to play off the color, as that's it's best asset (black). With the black/silver heritage wheels, silver pinstripe on the side, and only partial window tinting, going with stuff like "shadow" or "midnight" wouldn't work as much...as there are plenty of blacked out cars out there (mine not being one of them). I like the idea of naming it something that is normally black, or has black in the phrase. I'm waiting for a PIN so I can get into my state's page and see what vanity plate ideas are still available. Here are my front runners (I'm also into movies, so there is some of that too): LAWABDG - Law abiding BLKJCK - Black Jack (I have a strong feeling this is already taken, though the car's name is Jack...my first car with a male name) LV-426 - The planet from Aliens NOSTRMO - The ship from Alien I'll edit this and update with suggestions and ideas. I like the Vader suggestion...any other characters out there that are all in black?
I was thinking... BATMBLE...another that is probably taken. That is also a little cheesy, as Batman is kinda overdone in the past decade. Being in NJ, it's not uncommon to know a little Yiddish. I was considering SCHLEPN, as in schlepping. Totally something I wouldn't expect every part of the country to get. |

Depending on if I can get it or not, I think I will go with the idea NOSTRMO. Though I'll try just BLACK first, and take it if I can get it.
