I wonder if they are including Canada in those "overseas" numbers.

Regal and LaCrosse are both built in their respective overseas markets, along with Cruze, Aveo, and Fiesta. In fact Regal isn't even built in North America yet, it's still being built at Russelsheim until the 2012 Regal arrives (with some updates) at Oshawa. Fairly sure the global Focus isn't the same as the current NA-spec Focus either.
