The only "hate" I really see are some of the folks that fly the Camaro flag just a little too high. As I see it, it's a car. Just another, "notch in the belt", if you will. I can't comprehend "loving" an inanimate object. I feel good driving it, I enjoy the attention it brings, and I take care of it as best I can. I enjoy owning it. All the while, there is some person driving a Subaru, Honda, Ford, Lexus, whatever...that feels the same way as most of us do about our own cars. Yet, some here attack those people when they express their preferences for those vehicles over a Camaro.

It would be nice to see folks be able to express their opinions without being attacked for it. To quote Forrest Gump, "...and that's all I have to say about that."

The one thing this forum should have like other forums I belong to is an ignore button, that would be very helpful!
Go to USER CP at the top then look down the left menu list there is an EDIT IGNORE LIST option it works i have used it.

^^ Just noticed your avatar thought "When did I get a palm tree?"

I live in Kansas City & a Royals fan so I'm used to drama this week...

Seriously though - if you want to avoid the hate, stay out of the general area and post in the sub forums. As more Camaro's get out of warranty there is great potential for owners & help in the DYI sections. I see a vast amount of help coming down the road for the people that start working on their 100k mile Gen5 Camaro's in not that distant future.

With that though comes the 'ricer's' that will be picking up sub $10k models in the next few years. I believe the mod's have to take a hard stance now to ensure the integrity of board in the future.

I just sleep easy at night knowing that I am awesome and everyone on this forum loves me.

.... Except for that Alabama fan in the sports forum that hates Boise State.

That's cool. I would have preferred the cliché, slow-building hand clapping instead.

Trolling is what you do when you bait a hook and drag it along behind your boat hoping for a fish to bite. Trolls on internet forums toss a tasty or not-so-tasty tidbit out and see who takes the bait. Hence "Do not feed the trolls"should actually be "Do not take the bait, it's a trick" although by responding to them you "feed" their self-aggrandizing fantasy.
We have a very interesting cross-section of society here, so my advice is, respond to what trips your trigger, but attack the topic, not the person.
