Misfire after headers...need help
Hello,
The weather was nice and finally decided to do my headers/exhaust install. The installation went well without any major issues, however the car now has a misfire and is missing pretty bad. I also changed the oil and rear diff fluid. While driving, the check engine light will flash, the. All my traction control lights come on and it says service stabilitrak. We double checked all the spark plug wires. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Travis |

I didn't think so, but I am going to get a set of plugs for it and see. Wasn't sure if it could be something else I was missing. I didn't remember hitting any of the spark plugs hard during the install though

Had my headers installed recently and I haven't had any issues yet and I am still running the stock tune. I would check to make sure your spark plugs aren't damaged as the other guy said and also check to make sure all the wires are snaped on to the plugs correctly.

Check the spark plugs you may have hit one and cracked it or something.

I had the EXACT same issue. And guess what? Cracked plug!
Must have bumped it when I was installing the headers. Should have listened when everyone said to remove them first. |

It's actually rattling up front on the passenger side. The "J" pipe is real close to a screw that hangs down and an aluminum piece. The drivers side clears easily though
