How does this happen? Were you using it is a last ditch effort in a bare-knuckle brawl?
 I've never had a key just snap in two before.

when I bought the car the dealership tried to sell me key fob insurance - he stated the replacement was $250 (same price as the insurance).
Big no on that one!!!!!

where i work we had to get another key for a camaro to install an auto start and that key cost $230
