Yea, got to get them fix or it will do that. Lesson learned right. Can't believe your insurance company doesn't offer windshield replacement. Mine is only a couple bucks more. I had to replace two windshields already (not my camaro) with a $50 deductible. More than paid for itself many times over.

Ya I know, I have been with this insurance company "Shelter" since I was 16. I been seriously thinking about switching companies.

Before you call a national company, give a local shop a chance to quote it. Support your local companies where the money stays in your community. :-)

I live in a rural area, not sure of any locally operated companies in any of the surrounding towns, Tulsa is where I will be going for the service

Many times lowering the comprehensive deductible doesn't cost much more.

When you look to change, check it out.

You already called them, but I have heard of dishonest people calling the company, changing their deductible, then waiting a couple of weeks and filing the claim...
very dishonest.

+1 Have had glass coverage with USAA at little cost and have replaced a few. Been a while but can't remember even paying a deductible. Could be poor memory now. LOL
