ZL1 Tire pressure opinions....

Looking to save myself some time. I'm looking for opinions on tire pressure. Every day driving psi and track psi. The recommended 32psi cold in my door feels a bit light to me. I like the feel a bit firmer without sacrificing ride quality. I don't care about tire life so I'm looking for views and results on this. What's everyone running?

I run 36 psi in mine. Seems like a perfect pressure overall. Minimizes shoulder wear and keeps it even.

I don't see much shoulder on the tire. They look pretty much like a race slick on the outer part. The wear life is not long on the F1 G2 and I'm ok with that. I just am trying to find lots of opinions so I can try some out. Thanks for your input. I'm trying yours today.

The shoulder wear out quickly which is normal. You have to increase the camber if you go on the road course.

Here after 6k and 5 track days. And more to go.

Do you run lower pressure on the road course? What is hot pressure when running road course? Does anyone have recommended numbers from Goodyear.

On our race bikes the tire mfg specs it all out for us.

What is the factory/street camber setting and race recommended setting?

To be accurate as possible I use a hand held gauge. Is that 38 psi taken hot or cold?
