BBB Auto Line - file now to get the process rolling if you meet the qualifications for your states lemon law or magnuson-moss warranty act which is federal.

Have any of you guys that are having these problems, had a sit-down with the general manager of the dealership? It must be face-to-face, not email or phone…
Here's a tip about dealer staffing; The only position in the entire dealership, more or less, that can override and oversee all departments, is the general manager. Individual department managers can play the "blame the other departments" game so some customer cases can end up stagnant. Stuff gets caught between departments, however the general manager can move mountains and stuff gets straightened out, more often than not. Get to the GM, he's your best bet. By the way, if you have not noticed, the service staff usually hates the sales staff, and vice versa. |

Listen to Glen if you haven't done this. He gave me the same advice when I ordered my car it sat at 1100 status for 2 months called emailed nothing was done walked in for a one on one with the general manager with in a week the car was being built had it with in a month at my dealership.
If they can't do it find another dealership if possible! I have 3 I use one for electronics and another for big repairs and one for oil changes (because its close) yes I use 3 dealerships because some are just not as good as others at certain things sad but true. Good luck
