I figured anyone who posted that question when the answer was already answered, on the quote on the post that he asked the question even, that person would of gone back and edited his post to remove the superfluous question....just so others wouldn't see him asking a question that's answered in the quote he copied to begin with.....

Guess I was wrong on that count as well

I'm thinking about doing that.

Guess you were wrong or maybe didn't even need to respond to something that was obvious already..
When I said you didn't research I meant it , if you read the add in ebay where these 2010/2011 paddles are listed you will find it contradicts itself...by simply saying 2012's avaiable...Not for additional cost but there available...anyways enough said on the matter I think you get the point that your reply was not needed or maybe you just wanted to feel needed at the moment...
Thanks again....

Wait until you receive them because the Brushed Aluminum finish is really nice and matches very well the interior silver trim on the Steering wheel, the Tach bezels... but Yes you can plasti dip them if you want to change their color, here is a picture from a customer who Plasti dipped them in black.

You can also have them color anodized to match your car's paint.

Nice looking shifters. I'd get a set too if I had an automatic trans Camaro.

Be very careful to inspect them before you install - I have had the wrong ones sent to me twice, causing me to break the embedded shifter in the steering wheel on my 2013, and they cannot seem to get me the right part. I do not recommend these for your car.

What is wrong with the factory installed ones? I have a 2012 and am very happy with them...they work and that is that.

Thanks,

They work fine, Vitesse ones are supposed to add to the appearance, but not at the expense of function. If you break your shifters, have to pull your steering wheel to replace the part, and then have the wrong part sent a second time, it truly detracts from the appearance. Keep your $99 for another day.

I don't agree with all the negative posts about the Vitesse paddle shifters. I bought mine for the 45th anniversary I had. Yes, I had to drill them and adjust them to get them to fit and their customer service was excellent. They helped me out instructing me what to do to make them fit. I'm sure the newer batches have that problem fixed.

On Friday, I took them off from the 45th and installed them on the ZL1. It took me less than 5 minutes.

If you like how they look, get them. You'll love how they function.

The newer batches do not have it fixed. You shouldn't have to "drill them to make them fit" that's what the $99 is for - for them to have the correct part in the first place. You have proven my point for me - thanks!

I originally bought them for my 2010 because in 2010 the paddle shifters werent paddles, they were small buttons. I upgraded to the vitesse shifters and it was a great upgrade if you use the paddles often. They look great, and work as described. I barely used them so I sold them to someone on here.
