Congratulations. Those are nice cars, just wish they didn't weigh so much. Otherwise tons of power and a nice cruiser.

One must though; MUST BE ON WARRANTY as FCA wrote the movie electronic gremlins. Every FCA Ram has had an issue that I have had, my wifes 2015 Grand Cherokee and many others too. As MC Hammer says; "CANT TRUST IT". Oh well, just leave the problems for the next buyer after the lease is up. Bear |

Very nice. I raced one of those on the street 'in mexico' in my SS Sedan. It pulled a couple cars on my by 100mph. I kicked around the idea of buying one, but would get really tired of people asking my why I didn't buy a Hellcat... Ugh.
Well, hopefully you'll still stick around on both sites and share your wisdom! I've enjoyed all of our conversations! You're an asset to any forum you visit! |

Congrats OEMTech
My congrats to your new endeavor. I have to say it's something I have been toying with ever since my buddy who sold me my 16' RS went to a Dodge dealership and now is trying to talk me into a Charger, due to the 4-Door family car thing.
Best of luck to you and I appreciate your insight and knowledge on just about anything myself or any other guy asked on this forum. At the end of the day, it is what you want to drive day in and day out....who cares about the name or the engine. If it's fun to drive and you like it, "F" everyone else! Thanks and good luck sir, EagleRS |

Good! I always appreciate your contributions. Congratulations on the new car. Living in Detroit it's hard not to buy into the cross town rivalry, but to be honest that Charger is pretty sweet.

I agree. But they are big cars...so I guess its to be expected. I almost wish they were more the size of the SS sedan. If GM would use the Alpha long body chassis (like CTS does) and create an updated, lighter SS sedan, or if the FCA were to come out with a new gen, lighter Charger (which I think they will) it would be very appealing to me.

Great daily driver with lots of room! Wish they'd get rid of the Dart like back end, hate that look. Great deal, not too versed on the modding community for the Charger, hopefully lots available.

I am perfectly fine with your decision to switch to a Charger. Hell, I'm even considering switching to a Charger R/T (not Scat Pack) when (if) my job situation improves, because I had wanted a V8 car to begin with, but I couldn't afford it, and whenever I want to drive my Camaro with more than 2 people, I can't because nobody fits in the backseat >_<
With as much respect as I have for the 2.0T Camaro, I kinda want something that I don't need to modify to have a fun daily driver.
