Happy Friday! Its the 3rd week of Ask The Shine Doc! This weeks question is one we've actually been asked a lot by customers and some of our marketing partners like Local Motors, makers of the Rally Fighter - and thats "How do I dress the aggressive sidewalls of my off road tires?"
As anyone with a truck or SUV rolling on a Mud Terrain, All Terrain or similar tire knows it can be REALLY hard to get dressing into all the details and it usually shreds your applicator in the process. Even newer sport tires have lots of ribbing and things that trap excess amounts of dressing or don't take dressing at all. This weeks video includes a set of basic tips and tricks that will take your tire dressing routine from a pain to painless! Enjoy and remember to submit your video questions to shinedoc@adamspolishes.com and if we answer it in a video you get a $25 adamspolishes.com gift card. |

Week 4 of Ask The Shine Doc answers one of the questions that has been submitted most since we started this series - "How do I apply conditioner to leather seats without clogging up the perforations?" The process is actually quite simple and only requires a small adjustment to your technique... to learn more watch the full episode:

Week 5 of Ask The Shine Doc actually answers a question that resulted from last weeks video. We covered how to care for perforated leather, but there were a ton of questions related to cleaning/care of suede or faux suede interior accents. This week we cover the basics of suede care, including daily maintenance and discuss light cleaning techniques. Enjoy!

In week 6 of "Ask the Shine Doc" we cover a category that can be confusing to a lot of people and thats the choice of protection at the end of the detail. Your choice of last step product or LSP will typically be between sealant or wax, but which do you choose and why?
IN THIS VIDEO: Buttery Wax | Americana Paste Wax | Patriot Wax Liquid Paint Sealant | H2O Guard & Gloss | Quick Sealant NEED MORE INFO ON LAST STEP PRODUCTS? Check out this article.

Its been a crazy couple of weeks shooting video, finalizing videos, planning the release, then fielding all the questions about the new Rupes Bigfoot tools and Gen5 Pad system - plus, we want to start your holiday weekend off with some fun - so rather than a question, we're giving you outtakes and bloopers.
Have a safe and happy holiday weekend everyone. If you're drinking please don't drive - our good friends at Uber Colorado are going to be providing the staff with safe transport all weekend long while we celebrate Independence Day. If you don't already use Uber as a safe/sober driver when you need one please do! Its better than risking DUI or worse! If not for yourself, have the Uber app ready for guests to get a safe ride home from your party. Also, shout out to our boys at Local Motors - the Verrado drift trike is still the entire staffs #1 way to blow off steam at the end of the day! Thanks for watching, if you haven't already be sure to subscribe the the Adam's Youtube channel by clicking this link - http://www.youtube.com/subscription_...=adamspolishes |

Week 9 of Ask The Shine Doc covers one of the most hated topics in detailing - GLASS CLEANING!
No one genuinely likes to clean windows, and if we're being honest most of us hate it. In the end however, clean and streak free glass is just a big a part of the detail as anything else. In this video we'll cover a few basic tip, some you may have heard before, some you may have not. Enjoy! |
