Dealer Responsibility
Whenever a vehicle subject to this service update enters your vehicle inventory, or is in your facility for service in the future, and the vehicle is still covered under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, you must take the steps necessary to be sure the service update correction has been made before selling or releasing the vehicle. All new, used, GM Certified Used, courtesy transportation vehicles, dealer shuttle vehicles, etc. in dealers' possession and subject to this bulletin must be held and inspected/repaired per the service procedure of this bulletin before customers take possession of these vehicles. Involved vehicles must be held and not delivered to customers, dealer-traded, released to auction, used for demonstration, or any other purpose.
+1
If that dealer released the vehicle back in your possession after confirming you had bad toe links and, God forbid, you had an accident the insurance company would go after said dealership because they had knowledge of the problem and gave your car back to you. I have to side with Mr. Horrible Dealership. I know it sux not having your new baby but you have to also be reasonable.

Midway sucks for sure, currently dealing with Sands in Suprise, nothing negative to report yet, in fact I think they might be pretty good we'll see.

Glad you got your Camaro out of jail.........

Oh boy, I would be extremely ****ing pissed. Yeah, Chapman is pretty bad too. I don't even know where to go anymore. Van Chevy IS AWFUL, Chapman is pretty bad, Midway is awful, I forgot how bad freeway was until I remember them only offering me 10k for my 14' Camaro on a trade in.
