What is holding you back from upgrading?

So, I have been driving my 2SS/RS since 2009. Only 22k miles. (Short drive to work). I am liking the upgrades on the 2013's, but can't bring myself to get serious about one. The top reason's I can't pull the trigger are: 1. Really waiting to see the Z/28. 2. Want a good medium blue like supersonic or kinetic. 3. Tempted to just wait for 6th gen. 4. The slow economy still has me in 'save everything' mode.

What's your excuse?

my opinion

I am not trying to be crass by no means, but, I bought the car simply b/c I like the looks of it. I am happy to have a car that goes from here to there. That being said, I love the car for what it has: the HP, an actual USB port that i can use my ipad AND charge it at the same time, the heated seats, (yes, even here in Fl).

But, what makes me the happiest about the car is that it is paid off. Every thing else is secondary or tertiary.

Tell you the truth even with all the changes I still prefer my semi early 10. Call me crazy but don't get me wrong I do like the changes. I do like HUD but I can get that in my 10. I drove a 13 with the my link and I wasn't astonished by it. The 10 has just about everything I want or need.

But if I had the money to go out and buy another Camaro while keeping my current one it would be a 13 1SS/RS 1LE in summit white

I'd save my money and keep the car you have.

monthly payments might stay the same but I know insurance would go up (because of age) despite my clean record (knock on wood.) but instead of upgrading now I would rather build my credit and when I can comfortably afford a new camaro i will make the jump. Then bumblebee will have a hot sister
