so without time slips it's hard to tell what you beat... the car or the driver...
as for the trip to the track... i drive over an hour all the time... from Mid-Michigan to New Jersy, to Maryland, to Florida, to Oklahoma...

Did the LTs throw a code b4 you tuned it? I made o2 extenders for mine and the gain was so impressive it caught me off guard, I'm also waiting for further mods b4 I get a tune. Might buy a used diablo sport just to turn off the limiter.

I'm 25 and work at the hospital. Im what you call low man on the totem poll. I also don't have a wife or kids therefore I'm even further down the totem poll. I don't get home until 9pm. Fridays are even worse because there's a million people who can't afford to take off work (like me) to have surgery so they have them Friday after work giving them he weekend to heal. I didn't even go to camarofest 5. The only way I can afford the things I do have is from working when everyone else isn't

Never said it was a track.. I just asked my chances. Which like every post about a 5.0. Ford fans come defend it's honor. Personally I have nothing against ford or any car company . My first car was mustang and then 350z liked them both so get over yourselves.

as for racing on a "private track", the results do not paint a clear picture of how things played out... did you beat his car or did you beat the driver? Without a time slip we don't know...

Why are you getting so upset? You asked for feedback on the race, people gave it to you, then you reported back that you put 3 bus lengths on it and it was a private track. The point everyone is making, you beat the driver. A Bolt-on 5.0 with either an auto or manual is good for mid 12's all day, and lower 12's with experienced drivers. That is just as quick as a bolt-on SS with the same driver. By you pulling so hard, that is a clear indication the 5.0 driver may have slept at the take offs, spun and didn't drive the car properly or was running poorly. These are not excuses, they are facts. Lighten up a bit. If you can't take FRIENDLY criticism when discussing a street race, try not to post so much. People have opinions and will give them, especially if you ask. Don't get mad at the responses, you asked for it.
