Simple 100+ rwHP Increase on 2019 Camaro SS 1LE

National Speed in Richmond, VA, just completed a fairly simple upgrade on my 2019 Camaro SS 1LE that yielded a 100+ rwHP increase. Working with National Speed and Stainless Works my SS produced 461 rwHP on the dyno. The only other mod is a GM Performance CAI. The build is fairly simple and produced eye popping results. Details include:
  • Stainless Works long-tube headers - 2.00" primary diameter - 3.00" collector diameter - with high-flow catalytic converters
  • Stainless Works axle-back exhaust system - factory NPP exhaust - factory connect - 304 stainless steel construction - Chambered S-Tube mufflers with 4.00" diameter quad slash cut tips
  • DSX Flex Fuel kit
  • DEI Spark plug wire Protect-A-Boot sleeves
  • MSD spark plug wires - 50 ohms/ft - 8.50mm wires - spiral core conductor
  • Mishimoto 160 degree thermostat
  • HP Tuners
Shocking performance results. And the sound is absolutely sinister. I highly recommend National Speed and Stainless Works. Has anyone had similar results?

Congrats on your first post and for the new found power. I'm sure your ride will run harder and better now.

Be prepared to get some grief from others about the reality of a 100 rwhp gain for just bolt on mods with E.

What was the base line dyno? Most stock LT1s produce about 400- 410 rwhp on a dynojet.

Enjoy the new sound and extra thrust!

Seems like your hp was low from the GM intake already?

truth! the gm intake is hot garbage. I removed mine for the stock airbox, and felt an immediate rise in power and smoothness

This. Pretty sure there are one or two threads about GM techs ****ing up the tune when installing the intake leading to significantly lower performance. Wonder if that is part of the reason for the large delta here.
