2012 Camaro V8 Kenne Bell supercharger performance
Iīm posting this thread to show what kind of performace a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro V8 with a kenne bell 2.8L supercharger puts out.
In the video iīm doing a pull from about 78-260km/h. Converted to mph that is 48-161mph This is the performace video : This is a display video of the car where you can se the whole car and the engine department, a inside view and a starup as well : This is some other full good information about the car : The car in the video is the 2012 Camaro SS with the LS-3 V8 6162 cc engine. This is the 45:th anniversary edition model of this wonderful muscle car . Itīs fitted with a 2.8 L Kenne Bell Super Charger producing around 650 bhp . The Supercharger is running 10 psi of boost . The exhaust is a magnaflow cat back system . This car have the tremec tr-6060 manual 6-speed transmission with a hurst shifter . This is a presentation of the car both outside and inside dash view with a startup and walk around so you can see a close up of the rims , striping , paint and so forth . The hood is also opened so you can see the complete supercharger , intake , airfilter and so on . There is also some revving of the catback aftermarket magna flow exhaust The car weight is 1800kg with a full fuel tank without a driver I measured some times with a racelogic gps unit and this is the performance of the car : 100-200 km/h = 7.9s 100-250 km/h = 14.6s Greatings from Sweden |

Man that really does look and sound sweet! Speedo picks up quick even after the shift.. I like the front drive and solid look as well as the black.. Wonder if the air gets hotter by being routed to the rear? Is this available in the US? What kind of costs?

Itīs the speed limit governor that is set at 260km/h = 161mp/h

Thx. It runs great especialy in high speeds... The air system Kenne Bell is using feeds the engine with realy cold air. You can read moore about it http://www.kennebell.net/ . Yes its available in the US. The kit im using cost from 7 grand starting price. Installation costs will cost you some more. So about 8-9 grand I would suppose it will cost in the US installed and ready to run.

Yes the supercharger sound is sweet. You can hear it very clear that its a blower car when you drive or standing beside it
