Alpine ine-s920hd no sound

Only sound that I can get out of this is my Nav. other than that nothing.
any thing I can check to see what the problem is? Thanks.

can the radio be factory reset? firmware update? maybe the radio just died out?

Thing is I can hear navigation lady coming thru the speakers like normal. My back up camera still works.
I didn't see any firmware update on Web site.

What head unit do you have? The factory radio in 2010 did not have navigation.

If it is an aftermarket head unit, maybe something changed the audio settings.

Sorry, was not paying attention.

I had an Alpine 920, but never had the issue you do. Check to make sure that you did not change a setting in the unit that would cause you to loose all audio except the nav voice.

Alpine's are not the most user friendly head units !! When it come to settings..
