It does not require hood pins, utilizes your OEM latch on the car and has the latch stop on the hood. Also utilizes OEM hinges.

As for the drain pan, it currently does not have it. AA is developing this pan as we speak. So far I have not has issues without it, but I will update this thread accordingly. Hood is not priced (rumored at $1200) but I don't believe will be available to ship until after SEMA.

Maybe they’ll be at PRI in Indy come December. I almost bought the Anderson Composite they had on display but didn’t really want CF or use hood pins, but the price was a strong consideration for them not having to take it back with them on the last day.
I’m really wanting to do the ZL1 conversion on the bumper but prefer a cover with more subtle or softer points on the lower lip like or close to OEM. Got the money but can’t find a seller or vendor with it.

I'm not sure if they will be at PRI in Indy, but they do have a sponsored Camaro in Indy. Hopefully it will have one installed so that you can see it in person.

I believe one of AA's competitors (IKON) has a ZL1 replica that more closely matches OEM like you are wanting. They are based outside of the U.S. so they can get around copyright laws much easier. I cannot attest to their quality however.

Yes I know Scott, the local sponsored AA guy and his car looks great! Haven’t seen it since he got the bumper cover, only pics. Looks great but still I want a more softer look on those points.
Again, thanks for the update! Liking the hood and hoping to see what’s happening with a rain channel and maybe a liner as well.

Good luck with that. I had a hard time finding a home for my phone, I haven't even considered where to stash my CCW. I know it's less than ideal, but have you considered a holster on the passenger side of the center console?

Decided to throw some paint on the hood recently. Summit White cowl with gloss black hood. I like the results. Also slapped on the new plates signifying the evolution away from the Storm Trooper theme.
